WHY Did INFUSIUM 23 conditioner leave-in, DRY out my hair??????????
Because a lot of store bought shampoos and conditioners have a lot more alchol in them than Salon products and that causes it to dry out and become damaged. That why it is impoirtant to buy the salon products. You might pay a little more but in the end you'll have a better result and they lsat longer.

I can't believe Infusium did that. I have been using it for about 30 yrs and never did it dry out my hair. Even when I use to bleach my hair. Hubby uses it and never had it dry his hair out. What kind of shampoo did you use. And did you rinse your hair to make sure no residue shampoo was left? Ihave even put it on my hair when I have just rinsed it not shampood it. Very strange.

Maybe your bottle of leave-in conditioner was tampered with...(?) idk
