I'm not sure about dry or damaged hair but if your hair is falling out i would say go to your doctor and ask for VITICON FORTE. after i was put under for my surgery i noticed that i was losing a lot of hair and that is what i took . it really works. and it makes your nails stronger.

Redken Extreme products, or AG Xtramoist shampoo and conditioner are both pretty good for dry damaged hair.

Sallys beauty supply has a great selection of shampoos, conditioners and treatments for hair loss and they are very affordable! I have three clients using the products and they are actually seeing results after 6 to 8 weeks of use..

for dry ,damaged hair using a good moisturizer after you shampoo usually works , Not a cond, intense treatment but just a good moisturizer which adds the water content you hair needs to look good. also a product called shiners that spray on after you dry your hair are great to make your hair look in healthy condition....
