You can start the deep conditioning right away by getting a good conditioner like proV and sitting under a hair dryer (the hooded one) for 5 min short hair 10 min longer hair and rinse your hair completely. Finnish off with a good leave in conditioner. Dont forget to get a trim every 2 months.
