How many amount of shampoo & conditioner can be applied on hair so that it wont be sticky &

The amount you should use depends on your hair length.

For shorter hair, a "dime sized" amount of shampoo (maybe a bit less of conditioner) will do. Rise thoroughly.

big amount of shampoo... then enough amount of conditioner... to make it not so sticky... apply conditioner every other day... and to make it not that dry... when you apply conditioner... make sure all your hair were applied with conditioner...

You actually don't need very much shampoo or conditioner but it would depend on the length of a persons hair too. My stylist has said to use a dime-sized amount of each and I can use them every day. I use good products from my salon and I may have paid more than a cheaper product but in the long run, I use a lot less and it's worth the money. They don't weigh my hair down nor do they leave my hair sticky and/or dry.
