dont wash ur hair like every day. maybe like 2 or 3x a day. like on mondays wednesdays and fridays shampoo and condition.. then on tues and thurs conditioner only. shampooin everyday can make ur hair more curly. thats what i know. and at most use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.. or use a deep conditioning treatment.. like the ones for at home.

Women of color should only wash their hair every 10-12 days due to that shampoos removes the natural oils from our hair.

You should wash your hair once or twice a week. I recommend using Creme of Nature shampoo. It is a moisturizing shampoo and will make your hair grow. And always condition whenever you wash with something like Henna Placenta.

Also do a hot oil treatment or some type of deep conditioning treatment once a month. Lastly, I would say using some sort of hair and scalp lotion like Organic Root Stimulator's Shea Butter. You don't have to use a lot of it but use it everyday.

Transitioning is hard but worth it in the end.
