I have the same. Pantene restoratives did the trick for me and left my hair way soft and almost 0% frizz. I also likes Nutrogena Silk Hair Mask...you have to buy it at salons and its about 8 dollars but totally worth it. You do the mask once a week and it made my hair sooo soft and shiny. I was touching my hair all day :)

i also have VERY curly naturally thick hair....I don't fight it anymore--I got it cut into a style that it just falls into place with and require no upkeep of any kind---i have always found pantene products work the best...

I strongly recommend Lush products: Rehab shampoo and Coolaulin conditioner (www.lush.com). They're handmade and very tender. The Pantene line for curly hair is also really good.

This may sound crazy but it works. Use the Defrizz product. It's on the market not sure who makes it. Then, use Main and tail conditioner. And then sit with a straightening brush or a flat brush and keep brushing and repeat over and over for about 15 then wash out then take a bit of conditioner tiny bit and work in wet clean hair and blow dry on LOW heat w/dryer and brush it straight. Works for me and leaves hair silky.
